The infamous agenda for the North American Union is taking shape and the plan to do away with the 50 states and create FEMA regions is happening right now.

Economically according to Parag Khanna, a contributor for the NYTimes, America would thrive more if the government did away with the states and created regions. At first glance, the plan seems to be a good idea, but rather we must observe the hidden motive. The States of America exist to protect the rights of the individual rather than that of the collective. However, given the agenda currently underway, the rights of the individual are being forsaken, and the “feelings of the collective” throttled upon the masses.

According to Parag, and those sourced in the report; the 50 states are dysfunctional and very messy, especially economically. With America continually on the downturn of leading the world in innovation, it becomes increasingly more evident that the USA is failing. “Advanced economies in Western Europe and Asia are reorienting themselves around robust urban clusters of advanced industry.” Says Parag. However is that the real motive behind it all?

The plan for a New World Order is very clear, a centralized worldly government where there are no borders and only a ruling class of elites who run the world. Placing that as another boundary line for the end times. Using the discontinuation of the 50 states, paints a clear picture that America is preparing itself for the New World Order.
The entire plan for seven states bases itself on the fact that some states are failing while others have already bounced back after the 2008 financial crisis. However, exposing the real motives behind the crisis shows that this agenda for seven states is all apart of a larger scheme to further dwindle the individual rights of Americans, and to do away with borders and boundaries furthering the agenda of the One World Government.

The idea to combine states and do away with border lines is not a new one, but rather it began 32 years ago, proposed by a man named Joel Garreau, his idea was to have nine states. Given the furthering of time, its now been dwindled down to seven, which should only make one wonder how long till it dwindles down to one. (i) the authority of the President conferred by section 102 of the Act to prevent hoarding of health and medical resources necessary to respond to the spread of COVID–19 within the United States, including the authority to prescribe conditions with respect to the accumulation of such resources, and to designate any material as a scarce material, or as a material the supply of which would be threatened by persons accumulating the material either in excess of reasonable demands of business, personal, or home consumption, or for the purpose of resale at prices in excess of prevailing market prices.

Here are more Executive Orders — all of which pave the way for FEMA Camps to be instituted within America:

1. Executive Order #10995: Seizure of all communications media in the United States.
2. Executive Order #10997: Seizure of all electric power fuels and minerals, public and private.
3. Executive Order #10999: Seizure of all means of transportation, including personal cars, trucks or vehicles of any kind and total control of highways, seaports and waterways.
4. Executive Order #11000: Seizure of all American people for work forces under federal supervision including the splitting of families if the government finds it necessary.
5. Executive Order #11001: Seizure of all health, education and welfare facilities, public and private.
6. Executive Order #11002: Empowered the postmaster general to register all men, women and children in the U.S.
7. Executive Order #11003: Seizure of all airports and aircraft.
8. Executive Order #11004: Seizure of all housing and finance authorities to establish Forced Relocation Designated areas to be abandoned as “unsafe.”
9. Executive Order #11005: Seizure of all railroads, inland waterways and storage facilities, public and private.
10. Executive Order #12919: Signed on June 3, 1994, by President Clinton. Encompasses all the above executive orders.

Couple that with all of the government and military documentation as it pertains to prison camps, labor inmate programs, national emergency centers, and even extremism — and you’ve got yourself an Agenda at hand.

What is ‘Martial Law’

In short, martial law can be imposed when civil rule fails, temporarily being replaced with military authority in a time of crisis. Though rare, there have been a number of notable U.S. cases where martial law came into play, including in times of war, natural disaster and civic dispute — of which there has been no shortage in 2020.

While no precise definition of martial law exists, a precedent for it exists wherein, “certain civil liberties may be suspended, such as the right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures, freedom of association, and freedom of movement. And the writ of habeas corpus [the right to a trial before imprisonment] may be suspended,” according to documents from JRANK, an online legal encyclopedia.

Martial law may be declared by both the president and by Congress. State officials may also declare martial law, according to the Brennan Center for Justice, however, “their actions under the declaration must abide by the U.S. Constitution and are subject to review in federal court.”

“Notorious examples include Franklin D. Roosevelt’s internment of U.S. citizens and residents of Japanese descent during World War II and George W. Bush’s programs of warrantless wiretapping and torture after the 9/11 terrorist attacks,” the Atlantic reported. “Abraham Lincoln conceded that his unilateral suspension of habeas corpus during the Civil War was constitutionally questionable, but defended it as necessary to preserve the Union.”

Throughout the course of U.S. history, federal and state officials have declared martial law at least 68 times, according to Joseph Nunn, an expert with the Brennan Center for Justice.

How does it work?

Martial law does have limits. The Posse Comitatus Act, passed on June 18, 1878, prevented federal troops from supervising Confederate state elections during Reconstruction. Though initially it only applied to the Army, it has been amended to include the Defense Department and, of course, the other service branches. That act prevents troops from enforcing domestic law, preventing such actions as searching and seizing property or dispersing crowds. However, National Guard units, which take their direction from state governors, are exempt from the Posse Comitatus Act.

One exception to Posse Comitatus, however, is the Insurrection Act, which allows the use of active-duty or National Guard troops for federal law enforcement in cases when “rebellion against the authority of the U.S. makes it impracticable to enforce the laws of the U.S. by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings,” according to U.S. Northern Command.

The text of the Act reads:

“Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That in all cases of insurrection, or obstruction to the laws, either of the United States, or of any individual state or territory, where it is lawful for the President of the United States to call forth the militia for the purpose of suppressing such insurrection, or of causing the laws to be duly executed, it shall be lawful for him to employ, for the same purposes, such part of the land or naval force of the United States, as shall be judged necessary, having first observed all the pre-requisites of the law in that respect.”

But activating the National Guard even under federal Title 32 status, in which the federal government helps pay for Guard troops under state control, does not fall under the Insurrection Act, nor does it equate to martial law in ordinary circumstances.

“Governors call the National Guard all the time to respond to a storms or power outages, delivering medical supplies, stuff going on even during War,” Banks said. “That’s not extraordinary, nor would it be if the President federalized the National Guard for similar reasons, responding to a need to disseminate vaccines next winter, for example, would be perfectly appropriate, lawful, not martial law.”

• Maintain a 24-hour emergency supply kit
in your home and office.
• Keep a battery-powered or hand crank
radio on hand. These will continue to
function after a nuclear event, while
mobile phone, text messaging, television,
and internet services may not.
• Do not consume food or liquids that were
left uncovered outdoors and may be
contaminated by fallout.
